Associate Producer

As an Associate Producer at Electronic Arts in the location of EA Hyderabad, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and execution of game titles to meet EA's high quality standards. Additionally, you will serve as an advocate for the game within EA and the industry, engaging in interviews, meetings, and interactions with press, partners, and executives to highlight its value. As an experienced professional with over 8 years in the video game industry, you will bring valuable expertise in managing internal teams comprising individuals from various disciplines such as Software Engineers, Artists, Designers, and Audio Specialists. Your ability to assess product feasibility, knowledge of Mobile + Freemium models, and strong communication skills will be instrumental in driving the success of the game. You will also play a crucial role in mentoring junior producers, fostering their growth, and supporting studio leadership in building a robust development organization. Moreover, your track record in developing high-profile entertainment and software products, familiarity with the software/game market and platforms, and experience in Agile development environments will be key assets.
