Associate Principal - Game Producer

You will join Aristocrat, a leading company in digital casino gaming, as a Games Producer in the iGaming domain. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing new games to life from concept to completion, collaborating with various teams internally and externally. Your primary tasks will include driving the vision of games, defining and documenting game design requirements, collaborating with different stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and timelines. You will also be involved in product testing, analyzing competitors and market trends, and working on any reasonable tasks assigned by your senior manager. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in delivering high-performing slots in the gambling sector, the ability to write and maintain game design documentation, excellent presentation skills, and a strong understanding of market trends. A bachelor's degree in art or a related field with 9-12 years of experience, including at least 3 years in the slot gaming industry, is required.
