Associate - Pricing

As an Associate - Pricing at Majid Al Futtaim Retail in India, your role is crucial in ensuring the timely and accurate execution of emergency price changes for all items. Your responsibilities include overseeing operations across the GCC and Kenya, monitoring and safeguarding pricing systems, maintaining real-time data accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, tracking and reporting emergency price changes, and supporting system troubleshooting. In terms of human capital, you are expected to be a role model in applying Majid Al Futtaim Retail corporate policies, ensuring the implementation of laws, regulations, and cultural practices of the operating countries. It is essential to practice the company values and ensure they are respected and followed by department team members. Regarding merchandise, you will execute immediate price changes for all merchandise categories, adhere strictly to pricing rules and guidelines, validate price accuracy at the SKU level, coordinate with merchandising teams for promotional and markdown timelines, maintain online and offline pricing for a seamless omnichannel experience, and provide feedback on recurring price change requests to support long-term category strategies. In the finance aspect, you must ensure that all price changes are accurately reflected in sales and margin reporting, document pricing actions for audit and compliance purposes, and flag potential margin or revenue risks arising from emergency price updates. The minimum qualifications for this role include a High School Diploma or Equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in English is required.
