Job Description

As a Service Delivery Leader at Birlasoft, you will play a crucial role in driving digital initiatives to enhance the efficiency and resilience of the ES - Service Delivery Organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Championing initiatives under the Digital Roadmap such as Automation (RPA), Digital Command Center, Cloud-Led Digitalization, and Digital Transformation. - Building and nurturing relationships with key senior leadership across various functions. - Ensuring high performance in incidents, service requests, and change requests with accurate reporting. - Analyzing organizational processes to create strategies for service delivery optimization. - Owning the escalation process, managing major incidents, and ensuring timely completion of Service Improvement Plans. - Leading and mentoring a team of solution architects, project managers, and delivery specialists to foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture. - Overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, developing project plans, budgets, and timelines, and ensuring project milestones are met with quality standards. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop tailored solutions. - Assigning resources to projects based on skills and availability, monitoring resource utilization, and making adjustments as needed. - Identifying and mitigating project risks, implementing quality assurance best practices, and conducting regular project reviews to ensure compliance with standards. - Staying updated with industry trends, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and efficiencies within the delivery team. Qualifications and Skills Required: - Experienced Service Management professional with deep knowledge of SAP modules in a large-scale environment. - Proven experience in leading large teams and managing third-party services. - ITIL Qualified with expert knowledge of ITIL disciplines. - Passion for Service Improvement. - Strong leadership, people management, and customer service skills. - Demonstrated initiative and proactive approach to daily tasks. You will be an integral part of a global leader at the forefront of Cloud, AI, and Digital technologies, empowering societies worldwide and continuing the legacy of building sustainable communities.,
