Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Operations Trainee located in Chennai. The Associate Operations Trainee will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, interacting with customers, analyzing data to improve efficiencies, and ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Qualifications

Operations skills and Analytical skills for improving processes
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
Customer Service skills to ensure high customer satisfaction
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
Experience in retail operations or customer service is a plus
