Associate, Operations

As an Operations Associate at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily administrative and field operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring timely pickup and delivery of courier parcels from the office to client locations or service points - Accompanying managers on client visits and field meetings as a support resource - Handling cash deposits at the bank and maintaining proper documentation of transactions - Assisting in day-to-day office operations, including basic administrative support - Coordinating with vendors, service providers, and logistics partners as needed - Maintaining records of dispatched materials, bank deposits, and travel logs - Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and smooth functioning of the office environment - Providing ad hoc support to HR, Admin, and Management as required To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Minimum Qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred - Possession of a valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) - Honest, punctual, and dependable - Familiarity with local routes and basic logistics handling is a plus This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates.
