Associate- Offers & Reporting_ITG

The primary objective of this role is to support the HRO Offer rollout & Reporting activities. You will be responsible for managing the Offer process for the US Region, ensuring the processing of Offers for new joiners and supporting other agreed activities while maintaining the prescribed SLAs for TAT & Accuracy. Your duties include demonstrating good working knowledge in the HRO-Talent Acquisition domain, delivering high-quality work with self-audit capabilities, and maintaining the required SLAs for TAT and Accuracy. You should be able to address basic queries effectively through professional email communication, adhere to goals, and work collaboratively with a diverse group of employees. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential for this role, along with a strong customer orientation and the ability to independently resolve queries using relevant resources. Peer support, professional development, and client relationship management are also key responsibilities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines for reports, audits, and process evaluations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required - Working Knowledge of Talent Acquisition and/or HR Services processes - Knowledge of ATS/HRIS tool - 1-2 Years of Experience in HRO domain under Offer Management (preferably US) - Strong written & verbal communication skills - Proficient expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat Must-have skills: - Working Knowledge of Talent Acquisition and/or HR Services processes - 1-2 Years of Experience in HRO domain under Offer Management (preferably US) - Proficiency in Excel Good-to-have skills: - Working Experience in HRO for the US region,
