Role & responsibilities Co-ordinating with the internal design team, MEP consultant, contractors for HVAC, Electrical & Firefighting layouts. Preparing/Validating of heat load & HVAC layout for all the sites. Preparing of electrical load sheet. Preparing/ Validating the BOQ for MEP work. Knowledge of AutoCAD is a must. Drafting skills is an option. Co-ordinating with the vendors, contractors, and finance team w.r.t timely bill settlement. Co-ordinating with internal as well as external stakeholders for timely delivery of materials at the site. Raising PR (Purchase Requisition) in SAP for the bought-out materials etc. required at the site. Knowledge of SAP, MIS, etc. is a must. Should have sound knowledge of materials and their rates used for MEP services
