Job Purpose

The Associate Manager Acquisition (CASA) is responsible for acquiring new customers for the banks Current and Savings Account portfolio. The role involves identifying prospects, engaging them through various sales channels, explaining product features and benefits, and closing sales. The position also focuses on delivering excellent customer experience, ensuring smooth onboarding, and building long-term customer relationships.


Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition

  • Acquire high-quality Current and Savings Account (CASA) customers across the assigned segment within Mumbai.

  • Generate leads and referrals from the designated catchment area.

  • Ensure optimal product and segment mix while sourcing new accounts.

Customer Onboarding & Activation

  • Complete onboarding procedures and activate customers on digital banking platforms.

  • Maintain strong service standards to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Business Development & Market Activities

  • Conduct regular field activities and promotional events in the Mumbai catchment to target quality and HNI customers.

  • Support catchment mapping and branch scoping initiatives alongside the Senior Sales Manager.

  • Build strong brand visibility for IDFC FIRST Bank in the local market.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Provide insights and feedback to the Senior Sales Manager and Branch Manager on market needs, customer requirements, and competitor movements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver complete banking solutions.

Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure full compliance with internal processes, sales SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and banking norms.

  • Maintain high-quality sourcing of customers in line with compliance standards.

Growth & Initiatives

  • Contribute to central campaigns and initiatives driven by the bank.

  • Leverage strong referral networks from existing customers to expand business.


Eligibility Criteria

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, or Management.

Experience

  • 02 years of experience

  • Candidates with sales experience fromany industry
