Associate Manager - Treasury Back Office

You will be a part of the Treasury - Investments team at Navi, responsible for managing the company's treasury to ensure liquidity, manage financial risk, and oversee day-to-day banking operations. Your role will involve creating and executing investment strategies to optimize returns. **Key Responsibilities:** - Liquidity Management of Different Entities - Cashflow maintenance of all Entities - Estimating and funding Business accounts appropriately - Processing Trade Settlement within the Timelines - Cash Deployment in CROMS - ISDA and GMRA setup - Coordination with Custody, Exchanges, Banks, Brokers, Custody, etc. - Creation and modification of Investment systems for new entities - Ensuring live Investment System with all deal entries and transactions - Ensuring KYC compliance for onboarding counterparties - Account Opening and API setup for various Business requirements - Updating Signatories as per entity requirements - Audit of Bank Account transactions - Handling ad hoc Requests related to Banking operations - Daily Recon of Bank Account transactions **Qualifications Required:** - Strong Process Orientation & Execution skills - Good Problem Solving and Coordination abilities - Good Analytical Skills - Financial Background - Proficiency in Ms. Excel At Navi, we are focused on making finance simple, accessible, and affordable for a billion Indians.
