Description
As an Instructional Design Associate Manager in the Talent & Organization (T&O) team of the S&C Global Network, you will be working with clients from diverse industries to provide expertise in Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation. Your role will involve developing innovative learning strategies and solutions, contributing to organizational change management, and shaping the future workforce. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with Functional Managers and Subject Matter Experts to understand business problems, target audiences, and learning needs to develop learning objectives for proposed solutions. - Work closely with clients to design, develop, and deliver learning solutions that align with their business requirements. - Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and develop training curriculums. - Create training materials, content outlines, standards, guidelines, and templates for learning solutions. - Review and ensure the quality of training deliverables meets project standards and industry best practices. - Provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance their instructional design skills. - Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to design effective training deliverables. - Identify project risks, propose solutions, and contribute to the learning process of users/client organizations. - Coach instructional designers and content developers for various workshops and training sessions. - Identify opportunities for implementing innovative learning strategies. **Qualifications Required:** - Education: Graduate/Post Graduate preferably with a background in HR/Learning. - Professional Background: MA/Diploma in Instructional Design or MA in Learning Sciences, MBA. - Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in content development and instructional designing. - Proficiency in developing different training modalities and working with global teams. - Ability to lead and coach small teams independently. **Additional Information:** - Experience in designing new learning modalities like gamified learning, microlearning, and mobile learning is advantageous. - Knowledge and experience in selecting and recommending various training modalities and technologies. - Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, and SAP Enable Now, as well as client-specific authoring tools. - Strong design, writing, editing, and reviewing skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with strong analytical and business acumen. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-cultural competence.
