Job Description

Material movement at gates.
Access control at manpower entry gates.
Shift operation.
Fleet management.
Ensure CCTV control room management, Drone operation and plant security.
Prepare and ensure SOPs, reports, and compliance documentation.
Emergency preparedness and crisis response initiatives.
Coordination with internal stakeholders.
Conduct periodic audits of security infrastructure and personnel.
Conduct threat and vulnerability assessments of physical infrastructure and operations.
Proactively identify and mitigate security risks.
Strong understanding of security systems and vigilance protocols.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5 yrs Experience in armed forces, paramilitary services- Preferable.
