The Role:

As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary

point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process, collaborating with teams,

and making key decisions to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform
• Responsible for team decisions
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
• Lead the application development process effectively
• Ensure the timely delivery of projects
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members

Skills Required:

• Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP CRM
• Strong understanding of SAP ABAP CRM
• Experience in SAP ABAP CRM development
• Knowledge of SAP CRM modules and functionalities
• Hands-on experience in SAP CRM customization

Qualifications & Experience:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP CRM
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office
• A 15-year full-time education is required
