Job Description

As an Associate Manager RTR at Bunge, you will be responsible for leading a team of Team Leaders, Executives, and Officers on various accounting functions including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany transactions, Local & Global reporting, Tax filing & reporting, and Period-end close & reporting. Your main accountabilities will include: - Ensuring timely completion of RTR activities such as Accounting, Local & Global reporting, Tax filing, Period-end close, and Master data management. - Preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements as per IND AS, USGAAP, and IFRS standards along with related schedules and notes to accounts. - Finalization of monthly and quarterly reporting including Balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow as per US GAAP and 10k reporting schedules under US Security Exchange Commission. - Acting as an Accounting Officer to manage the USGAAP audit of the entity. - Managing team performance and ensuring timely delivery of output as per defined SLAs. - Evaluating, reconciling, and resolving complex accounting transactions and ensuring reconciliations of accounts. - Monitoring and measuring the performance of the RTR business process and improving process flow utilizing industry leading practices. - Setting policies and procedures for the RTR process and acting as a key contact person for internal and external groups affecting the RTR process. In terms of knowledge and skills, you are expected to: Behavior: - Utilize business, financial, and global knowledge to develop business opportunities aligned with Bunges strategic goals. - Grow Bunges capabilities in talent attraction, development, and retention through strategic influence. - Share a compelling vision and strategic direction that inspires others to action and leads effectively through change. Technical: - Have experience in SAP FICO. - Possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Drive continuous improvement in processes through automation, Lean, and Six Sigma projects. Qualifications required for this role include: - Chartered Accountant or CPA, ICWA, MBA Finance, with additional certification in US GAAP or IFRS. - Minimum of 6 years of work experience in a similar role. - Experience in Agribusiness/Commodity trading industry is preferred. - Ability to partner with other BBS Team Managers to optimize processes across the SSC. - Ability to manage the BBS vision and purpose.
