Associate Manager, Marketing Innovation

You will be joining the Marketing Innovations Team at Agoda, a highly creative and data-driven department focused on developing at-scale marketing programs for new and emerging channels. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow by collaborating closely with experts from diverse backgrounds. **Role Overview:** - Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda's new and emerging marketing channels - Conduct end-to-end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends - Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness - Partner with various business functions to identify opportunities and interpret trends in complex data sets - Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders **Key Responsibilities:** - Extensive Experience: 5+ years in Data Analyst position, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or digital marketing industry - Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel - Innovative Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex challenges in a non-linear fashion and implement innovative solutions - Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and verbal communication abilities, with proficiency in creating impactful presentations - Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at different levels, including Senior Management **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or Finance is a plus - Experience in digital or social media marketing is advantageous - Knowledge of hypothesis testing frameworks, statistical analysis, and using Python/R for data manipulation and analysis is preferred Agoda is an online travel booking platform that connects travelers with a global network of accommodations, flights, activities, and more.
