Associate Manager - Finance Planning

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in the evolution of FOBO Financial Planning by establishing the FOBO Planning Central (FPC). This initiative aims to bring about a fundamental change in the way financial planning is conducted for FOBO businesses globally. By shifting from a geography focus to a process focus, the FPC will enhance capabilities, agility, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with BU Finance Leads to ensure accurate and punctual execution of FOBO business closing and planning activities - Prepare Actual Trackers/reports for various markets - Review Monthly Sales curve calculations - Support Hard Close analysis - Provide External Audit support - Prepare monthly decks - Contribute to PBR/Fcst and AOP decks - Handle adhoc requests - Own planning of COGS, Distribution, and A&M/STB in TM1 for the assigned BU Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 4 years" experience in a Finance Planning position - Prior experience in FOBO business considered a plus - CA/MBA/CMA qualification required - Familiarity with TM1 advantageous - Highly analytical skills - Strong understanding of business processes related to financial planning, control, and auditing - Fluent in English Please note: Join us in reshaping the future of FOBO Financial Planning and contribute to the success of our global operations.,
