Job Description

Role Overview: As an Associate Manager, Finance, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insights to support business growth. Your primary focus will be on budgeting, funding, finance management, and preparing monthly P&L statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash flow statements. Additionally, you will oversee Record to Report, fixed assets accounting, banking processes, and related governance. Key Responsibilities: - Submit monthly P&L statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash flow statements. - Manage Record to Report, fixed assets accounting, banking processes, and related governance. - Handle all periodic services related to R2R and general financial accounting, including month-end activities, account reconciliations, periodic reporting, metrics, governance, and internal control. - Prepare and review all Balance sheet Schedules in a timely manner. - Ensure R2R quality metrics are met through service level agreements, performance metrics, and continuous governance. - Act as a Single point of Contact for stakeholders. - Standardize and drive process efficiency for month-end close activities, banking, fixed assets, intercompany reconciliation, and financial reporting processes. - Collaborate with other finance business partners to maintain best-in-class processes for efficiency and consistency. - Analyze financial data, trends, and patterns to identify risks or improvement opportunities. - Support the implementation of new accounting pronouncements, including US GAAP, Sox Compliance, and other regulatory changes. - Lead statutory audit and tax filing activities proactively. Qualification Required: - Chartered Accountant qualification. - 1-3 years of experience post CA qualification. Additional Company Details: N/A,
