Associate Manager – Facilities

Key Responsibilities:

Food & Beverage Management:

• Establish a process and oversee daily operations of the food court
• Review catering and banquet operations. Work with vendors to fix menus and rates.
• Coordinate with vendors for quality, hygiene, and timely services.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and participate in internal / external audit.

Events & Gatherings:

• Plan and execute events, town halls, conferences and client visits
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors for logistics and setup
• Manage budgets and post event bill clearances

Housekeeping & Soft Services:

• Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness across the premises
• Monitor service levels and implement improvements
• Handle pest control, waste management, and hygiene
• Plan, interview, recruit and deploy contractual staff and oversee shift operation.

Travel & Accommodation:

• Manage travel bookings and guest house / hotel accommodation for employees and guests
• Coordinate with travel agencies and hotels for corporate rates and service quality
• Ensure timely and cost-effective arrangements ensuring compliances and statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in?

  Hotel Management

  ?or equivalent
• 46 years of experience in managing facilities and hospitalities services in corporates / hotels.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills
• Ability to multitask

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management tools
• Experience in handling F&B, soft services and events
• Knowledge of compliance and safety standards
