Key Responsibilities

  • New-to-Bank Current Account customers

  • Ensure quality sourcing with the right customer and product mix.

  • Register and activate customers on digital banking channels.

  • Achieve monthly targets for new customer acquisition.

  • Assist Sales Manager in catchment mapping and opportunity identification.

  • Share customer feedback and market insights regularly.

  • Follow organizational guidelines, compliance standards, and process requirements.

  • Maintain documentation accuracy and ensure adherence to policies.


Additional Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable banking products.

  • Coordinate with branch teams to deliver smooth service and enhance customer experience.

  • Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activities.
