Associate manager - Civil

As an experienced Associate Manager Civil, you will be responsible for leading and managing civil construction activities at a thermal power plant site. Your role will involve overseeing civil construction for various components such as BTG, BOP, Boiler, Turbine, and structures. Qualifications: - Education: B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering - Experience: 10-14 years in civil construction, preferably in thermal power plant projects - Skills: Project planning, site execution, drawing review, team leadership, and vendor management In addition, your technical competencies should include a deep understanding of civil works in power generation infrastructure, proven experience in handling complex structural components like BTG, BOP, Boiler, and structures, skilled in preparing and reviewing civil and structural drawings using AutoCAD or similar tools, strong command over on-site operations, familiarity with ISO standards, safety audits, and construction best practices, ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and construction teams. Preferred attributes for this role include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management, and proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar software.
