Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition & Onboarding

• Acquire new Savings and Current Account customers from the identified catchment area.

• Ensure quality sourcing in terms of customer profile, product mix, and segment fit.

• Generate referrals from existing customers and networks.

• Ensure activation and usage of digital banking channels for all newly acquired customers.

Business Development & Market Engagement

• Participate in catchment mapping and branch scoping activities along with the Sales Manager.

• Conduct customer engagement activities in the catchment area to build visibility and attract high-quality customers.

• Identify potential opportunities by understanding customer needs and local market trends.

• Work on central initiatives and campaigns to support customer acquisition goals.

Customer Relationship & Service

• Explain product features, benefits, and service offerings in a clear and customer-friendly manner.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and long-term engagement.

• Share regular customer feedback with the Sales Manager and Branch Manager.

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure adherence to internal processes, sales guidelines, and regulatory norms.

• Maintain high standards of documentation and process compliance during customer onboarding.

• Ensure quality sourcing as per bank policies.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with branch teams and support functions to offer comprehensive banking solutions.

• Coordinate with various departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
