Associate Manager - Audit

As a Senior EBP Audit professional at alliantgroup, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits of Employee Benefit Plans for US-based clients. Your role will involve understanding U.S GAAP, ERISA regulations, and collaborating with US clients to deliver high-quality audits efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conducting comprehensive audits of Employee Benefit Plans to ensure compliance with relevant US regulatory authorities" regulations. - Performing end-to-end audit procedures, including reviewing and analyzing plan documents, Financial Statements, and related reports. - Identifying audit issues, documenting workpapers, and drawing conclusions. - Assisting in resolving audit queries and providing insights into best practices. - Coordinating with the ISMS core team to support ISMS activities and implementation strategies at the company. **Qualifications Required:** - Exposure to US Benefit Plan audits is a must. - Minimum 3-4 years of auditing or equivalent experience in US audits. - Strong understanding of auditing principles and procedures. - Assistance in the preparation of Draft Financial Statements. - Preferred Chartered Accountant/Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification. - Effective interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other audit tools. - Experience with working independently on multiple assignments or engagements. - Preferred experience with a regional or Big 4 Audit firms.
