Associate / Lead Analyst, SAP Sales

Key Responsibilities: - Work with business users and clients to gather and document business requirements for system changes and develop solutions to meet business needs. - Analyze the impact of changes on internal/external business application systems and recommend necessary actions. - Utilize SAP S/4 Hana Sales, a business intelligence tool, for various functions like Orders, Quotations, Variant Configuration, Billing, etc. - Design, configure, test, and maintain SAP Sales models, collaborating with Business Resources to determine the best technical solutions. - Lead enhancement projects, provide adhoc support for troubleshooting, analyzing, and solving production issues based on business intelligence data. - Identify process inefficiencies, suggest automation/improvements for efficiency, recommend innovative software functionality uses, implement solutions, and train end-users. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Business Process Analyst-related occupation. - Experience in SAP S/4 Hana.
