Associate / Lead Analyst, SAP Sales

As a Business Process Analyst at KLA, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with business users and clients to gather and document business requirements for system changes. Your primary responsibility will be to develop solutions that effectively meet the business needs, ensuring the smooth functioning of internal and external business application systems. You will regularly utilize SAP S/4 Hana Sales, a business intelligence tool, for various functions such as Orders, Quotations, Variant Configuration, Billing, and more. Your tasks will involve designing, configuring, testing, and maintaining the SAP Sales models. Additionally, you will work closely with Business Resources to identify the best technical solutions that align with business requirements. Leading enhancement projects and providing adhoc support to troubleshoot, investigate, analyze, and resolve production issues based on business intelligence data will also be part of your role. Your insights will be valuable in recommending automation or improvements to drive efficiency. Moreover, you will be expected to identify process inefficiencies, propose innovative uses of software functionality, design and implement solutions, as well as provide training to end-users.
