As a customer service representative at Wipro, your responsibilities will include professionally handling incoming calls from customers and ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly. You will be expected to demonstrate patience and maintain a pleasant and professional tone in all customer interactions. Listening attentively to customer needs and concerns, you will show empathy while building rapport with the customer. It is essential to maintain a broad knowledge of client products and services and offer additional products and services as required. You will be responsible for preparing complete and accurate work, including appropriately notating accounts as necessary. Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in the call tracking database is also part of your role. Ensuring that the service delivered to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and participating in activities aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and business performance are key aspects of the position.
