Job Description

About the Role:

–3 years of prior experience in employment law, preferably at law firms

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on all aspects of employment and labour laws, including employment contracts, terminations, employee benefits, workplace investigations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Draft and review employment-related documentation such as contracts, HR policies, and internal compliance guidelines.
  • Represent clients before labour authorities, tribunals, and courts in employment-related disputes.
  • Provide strategic guidance on employment law implications in mergers, acquisitions, and reorganisations.
  • Advise on statutory compliances under various labour legislations
