Job Description

Key Deliverables:

Monitor and resolve daily data transmission and reconciliation issues across adverse event systems
Design and execute system test plans, regression scripts, and automation solutions
Build dashboards to track file flow and system performance using reporting tools
Document recurring system problems and collaborate on fixes to enhance reliability

Role Responsibilities:

Collaborate with global teams to resolve system bugs, delays, and data issues
Ensure compliance with KCI metrics and contribute to continuous process improvement
Support validation of patches, upgrades, and integrations in safety platforms
Translate technical issues into clear communication for non-technical stakeholders
