Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Financial modelling of prospective deals. - Assistance in preparation of investment memorandums for the Investment Committee. - In-depth research/analysis of micro-market supply/demand, infrastructure development,current prices/rentals and competing projects in the target micro-markets for prospective investments. - Creation of market database and tracking listed RE players in India and globally. - Assist the team on development of new strategies/products. - Prepare collateral for existing and new strategies.
