Qualification: Any Graduate (BA / B.Com / B.Sc / BBA preferred)
Skills Required: Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Summary

The Executive Assistant – Founder’s Office will provide administrative and coordination support to the AGM and Founder’s Office. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to build exposure in leadership operations, corporate coordination, and executive-level communication. The position requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and a willingness to learn.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Office Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the AGM / Founder’s Office.
  • Assist in managing schedules, meetings, and follow-ups for leadership activities.
  • Coordinate internal communications between departments on behalf of the AGM / Founder’s Office.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare, format, and maintain documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain proper filing, records, and documentation (physical and digital).
  • Assist in drafting emails, notes, MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), and internal communications.

Coordination & Follow-ups

  • Track action items and deadlines from meetings and ensure timely follow-ups with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with various departments for information, updates, and data required by leadership.
  • Support special projects and assignments from the AGM / Founder’s Office.

Confidentiality & Professional Conduct

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintain a high level of professional etiquette while interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Basic working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Includes travelling to Plant location - Patas, Pune

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
