Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Drive Change and Innovation

    : Lead the transformation within the Insurance Sales Sub-Function for Corporate Agents, fostering a culture of growth and adaptation.
  • Sales & Cross-Selling Leadership

    : Strategically manage both Attachment and Non-Attachment Insurance cross-selling opportunities, optimizing business growth and expanding client relationships.
  • Performance Reporting

    : Track and report sales performance against targets, providing regular updates to the management team.
  • Data & Performance Monitoring

    : Continuously track and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), leveraging accurate, real-time Management Information System (MIS) reports to optimize sales operations.
  • Issue Resolution & Escalations

    : Handle reconciliations, manage escalations, and ensure swift resolution of any client-related issues.
  • Compliance

    : Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and manage the claims process efficiently to maintain client satisfaction.
