Associate

As an Associate at Incedo, you will be a part of the Operations team within the Reconciliations department. Your primary responsibility will be reconciling Cash, Trade, and Positions between Internal data (Accounting) and External data (Custodian/Banks) across various asset classes such as Equities, Bonds, Mutual Funds, and Derivatives in the Investment Banking sector. Your role will involve ensuring the quality and timely production of reconciliations, completion of all process tasks, responding to data queries, and providing support to stakeholders. You will be expected to escalate critical issues to the Department Head/Lead for a seamless process flow, contribute ideas for process improvement, and actively engage in documenting procedures and work instructions. Additionally, you will work towards maintaining data integrity, strict adherence to SLAs, and collaborating across functions to identify root causes of breaks and find resolutions. To excel in this role, you must possess knowledge of various market asset classes, the end-to-end flow of Reconciliation, and be proficient in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
