Associate Implementation Consultant

In this role at ETQ, as a Project Implementation Consultant, your main responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day operational aspects and scope of assigned projects. This includes reviewing deliverables prepared by the team, facilitating team and client meetings, and resolving or escalating issues in a timely manner with guidance from the Senior Implementation Consultant. You will also be in charge of ensuring that project documents follow standards, are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Additionally, you will create and execute project work plans, perform requirements gathering, design specification creation, and configuration as needed for all services projects. Specifically, your duties will involve covering application configuration, usage, and model fit for existing business processes. You will propose and configure application solutions to meet defined processes, train on Administration/Configuration to enable customers to maintain and deploy future EtQ applications, complete Project Retrospectives, Help Desk calls, and expense reports upon completing customers" training, and manage client expectations for projects. Furthermore, as a Project Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for facilitating meetings to communicate Project Status Summaries to the project team and stakeholders, keeping the project team informed of changes within the organization as well as general corporate news, effectively communicating relevant project information to superiors and executives, updating and maintaining a Project Issue Log for all assigned projects, and providing customers with Timeline and Issue Log updates at least once per week. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field. - 3 years of related experience. - High technical acumen with intermediate to advanced level SQL, Python, JAVA, JYTHON, XML, and SOAP, RESTful API skills.
