Job Description

Role Overview: As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing business proposals end-to-end, working closely with Client Partners, Delivery Leaders, Services, and other sales support team members for small-sized deals, with close supervision from Managers. Your role will involve organizing, planning, tracking bids, and collaborating with various stakeholders to prepare compelling proposal responses. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-end management of proposals, including organizing, planning, tracking bids, and collaborating with sales, account services, and other functions to prepare compelling proposal responses - Reviewing progress with Managers, taking feedback, and ensuring customer requirements are understood to drive pursuit discussions for building winning proposals - Organizing pursuit discussions, war rooms, and coordinating with support functions like HR, Legal, and Finance to complete proposal responses on time with quality - Providing regular status updates to sales leadership, highlighting issues, and ensuring timely interventions - Final formatting and packaging bid response documents for submission Qualification Required: - Ability to write sales content from scratch, relevant and customized to client requirements - Proficient in driving pursuit discussions to define win themes and differentiators for creating winning bids - Strong organizational skills to plan, track bid management activities, gather inputs from stakeholders, and stitch together compelling responses - Knowledge of pre-sales background, proposal writing skills, and certifications like APMP will be advantageous Company Details: The company is seeking a highly organized and strategic Program Manager with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
