Associate II - Workday Extend

As a Business Analyst at UST, you will be responsible for analyzing the business needs of clients or projects under supervision and performing key Business Analysis activities with support from Senior BAs/Senior stakeholders in the team. Your role will involve defining business needs, planning stakeholder meetings, identifying and developing performance improvement plans, and validating information with stakeholders. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining requirements throughout the change, prioritizing requirements/designs, and evaluating the impact of proposed changes. Key Responsibilities: - Carry out Business Analysis tasks with support from Senior BAs/Senior stakeholders - Define business needs with support from others - Plan stakeholder meetings and traceability requirements based on developed artifacts - Identify and develop performance improvement plans for simple challenges - Prepare for elicitation activities and capture outcomes - Validate information with stakeholders and provide relevant information in a timely manner - Assist in stakeholder collaboration and maintain requirements throughout the change - Prioritize requirements/designs and evaluate the impact of proposed changes - Obtain approval of requirements and designs - Follow effective requirements practices and assist in interpreting research data - Participate in defining necessary conditions to meet business needs Qualifications Required: - Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Strong oral/written communication skills - Self-starter and quick learner with a customer-centric approach - Result-oriented with the ability to work with guidance - Business acumen and knowledge of software applications and tools - Familiarity with various Business Analysis techniques - Ability to learn and use new tools as appropriate About UST: UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider that partners with the world's best companies to make a real impact through transformation.
