Job Description

Role Overview: As a Workday Extend Analyst at UST, you will play a key role in the Workday AMS/Post-Production support team. Your responsibility will be to administer, maintain, and support customers" Workday production systems. By collaborating with customer teams, you will ensure a stable production environment, resolve issues, maintain data integrity, address integration issues, and enhance process efficiencies. Additionally, you will support Workday system modules and integrations, manage semi-annual upgrades, and deploy new functionalities as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with customer teams to provide live support on Workday, resolving issues, ensuring data integrity, addressing integration issues, and enhancing process efficiencies - Manage and support Workday system modules and integrations, including semi-annual upgrade processes and deployment of new functionalities - Facilitate problem-solving among third-party vendors, customer resources, and subject matter experts/process owners - Utilize data software tools such as Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, XML, or Web Service Calls for supporting Workday functionality and integrations - Create test scripts, document test scenarios, and perform testing activities during semi-annual release upgrades or new feature launches - Collaborate with internal UST product teams to leverage internal capabilities and accelerators for customers Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of Workday experience in a customer-facing or AMS/post-production support capacity - Experience in gathering business requirements, translating them to Workday functionality, and validating solutions through testing routines - Configuration skills to implement new Workday functionality, improve existing features, and develop custom reports or simple integrations - Ability to manage annual HR processes like compensation planning and open enrollment - Strong multitasking abilities while maintaining a focus on quality - Excellent communication, presentation, analytical mindset, attention to detail, and quality orientation - Strong focus on customer satisfaction, managing client expectations effectively - Workday certification is preferred Additional Details about the Company: At UST, the company helps the world's leading organizations grow and succeed through transformation.
