Job Description

Role Overview: As a Workday Extend Analyst at UST, you will play a key role in the Workday AMS/Post-Production support team. Your responsibilities will include administering, maintaining, and supporting Workday production systems for customers. By leveraging your prior HRIS experience, you will enhance customer teams" capabilities to ensure a stable production environment and maximize value from Workday. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with customer teams to provide live support on Workday, resolving issues, maintaining data integrity, addressing integration challenges, and optimizing processes for efficiency - Manage and support various Workday system modules and integrations, oversee semi-annual upgrade processes, and implement new functionality as required - Facilitate problem-solving between third-party vendors, customer resources, and subject matter experts/process owners - Utilize data software tools such as Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, XML, or Web Service Calls to maintain Workday functionality and integrations - Develop test scripts, document test scenarios, and conduct testing activities during semi-annual release upgrades or feature launches - Work collaboratively to ensure client satisfaction and success, contributing to UST's reputation and growth - Collaborate with internal UST product teams to leverage internal capabilities and accelerators for customers Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in Workday, specifically in a customer-facing or AMS/post-production support role - Proficiency in gathering business requirements and translating them into Workday functionality, including testing routines to validate solutions pre-production - Configuration expertise to implement new Workday features, enhance existing functionalities, and create custom reports or integrations - Experience in managing annual HR processes like compensation planning and open enrollment - Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a focus on quality - Strong communication, presentation, analytical skills, with attention to detail and quality - Emphasis on customer satisfaction while managing client expectations - Certification in relevant areas is a plus About the Company: At UST, a global organization with over 29,000 employees in 25 countries, we focus on helping our clients achieve growth and success through transformative solutions.
