Role Overview: As an Analyst at UST, you play a key role in your team's processes and outputs. Your responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of reporting production, ensuring reports are delivered promptly meeting predefined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), taking charge of processes while adhering to control frameworks and approval mechanisms, maintaining precise templates that align with compliance standards, addressing and resolving reporting-related challenges effectively, administering the team mailbox to guarantee timely correspondence, contributing insights to Management Information (MI) and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as building and sustaining stakeholder relationships.
