Job Description

Role Overview: As a Voice Associate at UST, you will be responsible for effectively handling customer support calls following standard operating procedures to ensure efficient resolution of issues or escalation to higher authorities. As a Data Associate, your role will involve processing transactions accurately and timely while maintaining quality and adherence to SLAs under the guidance provided. Key Responsibilities: - Manage customer support calls, respond to queries, and perform necessary updates or edits as directed - Process transactions according to SOPs to ensure accuracy and completion of tasks - Maintain 100% adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) specified by the client in terms of quality, productivity, and schedule - Enter and verify data accurately and follow SOPs to complete tasks - Stay updated on client processes, products, and updates to ensure 100% compliance - Address any issues with supervisors or QA to maximize productivity and efficiency - Take necessary steps for performance improvement based on coaching feedback - Escalate problems to appropriate individuals or support teams following established guidelines - Attend domain/project/technical trainings as required for skill enhancement - Monitor progress of support requests and keep stakeholders informed - Report status of assigned tasks and comply with project-related reporting standards - Consume project-related documents and share knowledge within the team - Adhere to release management processes for efficient workflow Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing prompt and efficient service to customers - Attention to detail to ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards - Ability to work well within a team and respect others - Proficient in clear and concise verbal and written communication - Willingness and ability to learn new skills and domain knowledge - Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems, MS Word, MS Excel, etc. - English comprehension in reading, writing, and speaking - Basic domain knowledge is a plus About UST: UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider with over 30,000 employees in 30 countries.
