Job Description

Who are we:

We are a start-up based out of Bengaluru & Delhi NCR. We are engaged in development of next generation missions and technologies (NGM&T) towards future warfare needs of the Indian defence forces. It is undertaking research towards enhancing persistence and autonomy for unmanned vehicles and robotic swarms. NRT’s product development portfolio includes a solar power stratospheric high altitude pseudo satellite (HAPS) unmanned platform and an air/ground launched stand-off autonomous system.

Role: Junior Project Coordinator – UAV R&D Facility & UAV Testing Air Strip Support
Experience: 1–2 years

Scope:
1. R&D Facility Setup
  • Track progress, documents on the rental land with landlord , building readiness, utilities, infrastructure, and equipments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for updates.
  • Maintain and update Excel trackers, project timelines, budget sheets, and MOMs.
  • Support internal reviews, scheduling, and meeting documentation.
2. Testing Airstrip Identification & Support
  • Assist in compiling site data, status reports, and internal presentations.
  • Coordinate internally for site visits, approvals, or required documentation.
  • Maintain clear logs of communications, documents, and next steps related to the airstrip work.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily coordination with internal teams to keep all moving parts on track.
  • Work closely with the finance team to help with all documents related to CAPEX and OPEX ( budgets, vendor quotes, justifications, and getting internal approvals on time.)
  • Create and maintain project documents
  • - trackers, schedules, minutes, reports.
  • Follow up on action items and report delays or dependencies.
  • Prepare weekly updates and support management presentations.
  • Keep records organized and easily accessible for audits or reviews.
  • Occasional local travel as needed for internal coordination or team support.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, admin support, or similar roles.
  • Strong hands- on skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Diploma / Engineering background preferred but not mandatory.
