Job Description

As a member of the HR Services team at our organization, your role is crucial in providing services and business expertise related to HR processes. By combining professional business partnering with continuous improvement of services, you will play a vital role in supporting our objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform general administration tasks for all HR Services processes, tools, and programs. - Execute Hire to retire tasks within the defined SLA. - Update all relevant process documentation. - Act as a contact person for HR community and stakeholders regarding HR Services processes. - Maintain system-wide data through SAP and other HR systems. - Handle standard inquiries and provide support through ticket service, email, and phone. - Ensure timely execution of tasks and issues according to defined processes and service levels. - Identify areas for improvement in HR Services processes and implement necessary changes. - Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to employee and organizational data. - Propose modifications to systems and processes to ensure compliance with laws and company policies. - Contribute to the creation of user manuals, process mappings, and communication of standards to employees. - Participate in workshops and meetings to enhance knowledge and expertise in HR Services. **Key Relationships:** - HR Services teams - HR Partners - Rewards Teams - Talent Acquisition - External authorities, consultants, and suppliers **Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:** - Proficiency in HR and Business computing solutions, including SAP HR, SAP OM, Success Factor, and Excel. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Team player with a customer-focused and service-oriented approach. - International mindset with experience in diverse teams. - Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. **Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications:** - University degree. - Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience in a multinational environment, preferably in HR. - Excellent command of English. - Experience with Business computing solutions and SAP HR. - Proficiency in MS-Office applications. - Deep knowledge in HR Shared Service set-up.
