Associate Graphic Designer

Job Description

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling visual content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals. This includes everything from social media creatives and brand assets to ad banners and pitch decks. If you live and breathe design and you're a master of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Create eye-catching designs for social media, advertisements, web, and print Develop brand guidelines, visual assets, and marketing materials Collaborate with the marketing and content team to deliver high-performing visuals Edit, retouch, and manipulate photos with precision Translate conceptual ideas into effective visual designs Ensure consistency across all design outputs Mandatory Requirements: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (Applications without this will not be considered) Strong design portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print work Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and colour theory Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously Attention to detail and ability to accept and implement feedback Basic understanding of branding, layout design, and creative strategy Preferred (But Not Mandatory): Experience in motion graphics or Adobe After Effects Knowledge of UI/UX design basics Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar tools Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month Benefits: Work from home Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: Remote
