Job Description

Are you passionate about developing innovative pricing strategies and shaping market access for life-changing therapies If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to make a meaningful impact, the Associate Global Pricing Lead - Rare Disease position at Novo Nordisk may be the perfect opportunity for you. In this role, you will be responsible for driving pricing strategy, guidance, and forecast development within assigned therapy areas. Your key tasks will include leading operational pricing to maximize business opportunities, such as Price Business Cases (PBCs) and launch sequences. You will also generate actionable pricing insights to inform decision-making on drug development, investment, and launch strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate with affiliates to challenge pricing assumptions, support budget submissions, and lead cross-functional strategy development. To qualify for this position, we are seeking a candidate with an M.Sc or MBA degree in economics, business administration, finance, or a similar field. You should have at least 7 years of experience in pharma pricing, market access, business analytics, or finance. An understanding of pharmaceutical product lifecycle and pricing strategies at various stages is essential. Strong analytical and numerical aptitude with a commercial focus, excellent communication, and project management skills are also required. The P&PS GBS department at Novo Nordisk, based in Bangalore, plays a pivotal role in driving strategic commercial and medical activities across global functions. The unit aims to enhance performance and innovation by facilitating strong business partnerships and exploring insourcing opportunities. Ultimately, the department contributes to Novo Nordisk's overarching business objectives by delivering high-quality outcomes in a complex, global environment.
