We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Fund Administration I to join our Investment Management team. This role is located in Pune, MH- HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

. Performs a variety of fund administration and compliance activities.
. Calculates daily fund position and cash reconciliations. Resolves discrepancies and escalates issues to more senior colleagues.. Synthesizes, reports and assists in analyzing fund revenues, expenses, profitability and other key metrics.. Works with clients to communicate fund expense and performance information, and answers straightforward questions about funds.. Reviews fund data and monitors compliance with all regulatory, BNY and client specifications.. Works with internal and external auditors to provide requested information.. Compiles and assists in analyzing fund performance data for inclusion in Board of Directors report materials.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

. MBA Finance with good knowledge of financial products
. 2-3 years of total work experience in financial investments. Analytical thinking and good interpretation skills
