Associate - Forecasting

As an Associate Consultant in the Commercial Analytics team, your role will involve working closely with internal project team members to build tools, assist senior staff on projects, and present methodology and outputs to internal management. You will be expected to communicate effectively with project team members and managers, multitask across multiple projects, and maintain high quality and accuracy standards. Key Responsibilities: - Build forecasting, field force planning, and other analytics tools - Conduct and deliver data analytics to support key client decisions - Provide ongoing support to clients for existing engagements and tools - Work on creating best practices and modules to standardize offerings - Assist in implementing quality control best practices - Provide on-site support to clients when applicable - Collaborate with other functions at Trinity including strategic advisory, market research, statistics, and data solutions - Develop client-ready materials independently and present findings clearly - Communicate with clients as needed - Maintain communication with senior staff to ensure timelines are met - Support strategic and operational initiatives as assigned Qualifications Required: - Education: BS or MS in quantitative, business, or related fields - Work Experience: 1-3 years in life sciences forecasting, analytics, or related areas. Experience with life sciences data and analytics preferred - Other Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Proficient in MS Excel (knowledge of VBA preferred) - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment - Strong team player with experience in collaborative, project-based environments - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and development This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with various teams at Trinity, and contribute to the growth and success of the Commercial Analytics team.,
