Associate Finance

Role & responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Perform 3-way matching of invoices with purchase orders and goods receipts.
• Review and verify invoice accuracy, coding, and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies or payment issues.
• Prepare and process payment batches (cheques, electronic transfers, and wire transfers).
• Assist with monthly closing activities related to accounts payable. Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of invoices, payments, and correspondence.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate with a Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or MBA in Finance
• Experience upto 3yrs.
• Solid understanding of basic financial concepts and fundamentals
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a finance-focused role
