Associate- Finance (PTP)

Key Responsibilities: - Understand the documentation requirements of stations/countries and ensure job execution as per standard operating procedures. - Ensure department SLAs and Key Performance Indicators are met according to agreed delivery guidelines. - Deliver a high level of service quality by completing services accurately and timely. - Collaborate with colleagues to identify solutions, best practices, and opportunities for service improvement. - Promptly flag any operational challenges to the immediate supervisor and business partner. - Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for regular communication and information flow as per service requirements. Required Skills/Abilities: - Bachelor's degree in logistics, industrial engineering, or management (advantageous) / Undergraduate degree (Only GSC MNL & BOG). - 0-3 years of job experience in BPO or logistics domain (preferred). - Good knowledge of MS Office. - Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Exposure to working with Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERPs). - Detail-oriented with good logical reasoning skills. - High level of customer centricity.
