Experience : 2 - 4 years

Job Responsibilities

● Perform reconciliations between detailed settlement statements and bank statements.

● Prepare, consolidate, review, and send out invoices and payment information.

● Follow up various internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely payment or post invoices

● Prepare reports: Operational Report, Revenue Performance, Margins v Efficiency Performance.

● Prioritize and manage changing priorities from internal and external stakeholders.

● Identifying opportunities for efficiencies in the work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

● 2-4 years’ experience handling financial operations

● Graduate degree in finance or accounting, or similar professional academic qualification such as B. Com/M. Com/MBA

● Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis

● Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with finance departments of customers.

● Expert with Excel Macros or google Apps scripting is an added advantage.
