Key Responsibilities: - Capture demand projections and analyze demand intake patterns - Calculate staffing requirements and identify suitable staffing options - Create staffing schedules to maximize service and minimize cost - Update employee schedules on the schedule management tool - Resolve scheduling conflicts and review resource availability - Minimize bench pipeline and unfulfilled demand - Track and report on WFM KPIs such as employee utilization and bench aging Qualifications Required: - Graduates with 2-3 years of relevant workforce management experience - Understanding of business models and operational aspects - Good analytical skills and ability to compute staffing demands - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Basic knowledge of MS Excel - Strong teaming and interpersonal skills - Positive attitude and ability to excel under tight timelines Additional Details: EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a global network providing strategic business solutions.
