You are applying for the position of Associate Engineer II CMO & Supply Chain with ArcelorMittal, a leading global steel and mining company with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability. **Role Overview:** As an Associate Engineer II CMO & Supply Chain, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting enterprise reporting solutions across CMO and Supply Chain business functions. Your role will involve ensuring data availability, report accuracy, and system performance across a complex reporting landscape that includes Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, and SAP BW. You will play a critical role in supporting operational visibility, manufacturing efficiency, and supply chain decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor and maintain reporting applications and dashboards used by CMO and Supply Chain teams - Ensure timely data refreshes, system availability, and issue resolution for daily operational and strategic reporting - Coordinate testing and validation after data source changes, infrastructure upgrades, or new releases - Maintain integrations and data flows between SAP BW on HANA, Azure Data Lake, Databricks, and Azure Synapse - Work closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality stakeholders to ensure reporting tools meet evolving business needs - Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and change management standards **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field - 0-2 years of experience in SAP BW development and data modeling support - Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP BW on HANA - Understanding of data pipelines, data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work across technical and business teams **What We Offer:** - A critical role in maintaining business-critical reporting tools for global operations - Collaboration with both IT and frontline manufacturing/supply chain teams - Access to modern data platforms and advanced analytics tools - Competitive compensation, benefits, and career development Please note that certifications in Azure, SAP, or ITIL, experience in Agile or DevOps-driven environments, and familiarity with BI tools and scripting languages are preferred qualifications for this role.
