Associate Director-TMS Product lead Supply Chain

Role Overview: You will be the primary TMS solution lead, super user, and business expert for TMS Product within PepsiCo. Your responsibilities will include leading system governance and vendor management activities with Blue Yonder vendor, as well as leading new deployment and sustain activities. Key Responsibilities: - Provide advanced technical and functionality support to TMS delivery team on projects - Support TMS delivery team in improving adoption of GTMS across sectors/markets by solving complex problems - Introduce advanced TMS functionalities in various markets and assist in implementation - Conduct End User Knowledge Management through online and live trainings - Deliver internal trainings to TMS Delivery team and support in automating tasks - Act as liaison with BY to troubleshoot complex issues and enhance the existing solution - Manage the Quarterly Special Interest Group sessions - Serve as the POC for Vendor (BY) relationship management, new functionality features, and continuous improvement - Lead the BY Cloud Solution Migration Project as the Pepsico Solution Architect - Collaborate with Global Transportation Capability for new transportation technology innovation Qualifications: - 14-18 years of overall experience is mandatory - 8+ years of experience in a CPG company (preferred) - BS or Masters in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain & Logistics - Deep understanding of BY TMS solution - Experience in implementing solutions in new markets and working with IT organization - Experience facilitating/leading technical products - Experience in crafting long term product strategy and vision based on user feedback and business strategy - Technical and data management experience - Prior Involvement in Cloud Migration of BY TMS would be an advantage - Conversant with BT TMS road map and recent updates would be preferred,
